Terms & Conditions

1. General Information

Olive Albatroz is engaged in the export and supply of agri-commodities, fresh produce, animal feed, and other food-grade products to international clients, wholesalers, importers, and institutional buyers. All transactions are subject to compliance with international trade laws, bilateral agreements, and product-specific regulations.


2. Product Information

We strive to ensure all product descriptions, specifications, pricing, availability, and images are accurate. However:

  • Product specifications (e.g., moisture %, grain size, packaging type) may vary slightly depending on harvest, origin, or market-specific needs.

  • Fresh produce is seasonal and subject to availability.

  • Product samples and lab reports (if applicable) may be shared before finalization upon buyer request.


3. Order Confirmation

  • All purchase orders (POs) must be submitted in writing via email and are considered binding only after formal acceptance by Olive Albatroz.

  • A Proforma Invoice (PI) will be issued for confirmation.

  • Orders are subject to product availability, logistics feasibility, and necessary documentation approvals (e.g., phytosanitary clearance).

  • Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) apply per product and market.


4. Pricing & Payment Terms

  • Prices are quoted in USD/INR (or as mutually agreed) and are FOB, CIF, CNF, or EXW depending on the agreement.

  • Pricing may fluctuate based on market dynamics, currency changes, and freight rates.

  • Payment terms:

    • Advance Payment, or

    • LC (Letter of Credit) from a recognized international bank

    • Part-payment terms on mutual agreement

All bank charges outside India are to be borne by the buyer.


5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping lead times vary by commodity, packaging, and destination country.

  • Delivery is subject to international freight availability, port clearances, and customs procedures.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure, including weather events, geopolitical issues, port strikes, or pandemic-related disruptions.

  • Tracking details, B/L copies, and export documents will be shared promptly post-dispatch.


6. Documentation

We provide all mandatory export documentation, including:

  • Commercial Invoice

  • Packing List

  • Certificate of Origin

  • Phytosanitary Certificate

  • Fumigation Certificate (if applicable)

  • Bill of Lading or Airway Bill

  • Lab test reports/COA if requested and agreed

Custom documentation can be arranged at additional cost if required for specific countries.


7. Quality Assurance & Inspection

  • All products are inspected and approved by in-house QA teams and/or third-party agencies before dispatch.

  • Buyers may appoint independent inspectors (e.g., SGS, Intertek) at their own cost prior to shipment.

  • Claims for defective goods must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery with visual or analytical proof.

  • Liability is limited to replacement of defective items or partial refund, subject to investigation.


8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, brand content, and website materials are the intellectual property of Albatroz International or its content partners. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial use is prohibited.


9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to arbitration under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, with venue in Chennai, India, unless otherwise mutually agreed.


10. Amendments & Termination

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes indicates your acceptance.
Either party may terminate business relations with 30 days written notice, subject to pending fulfillment or closure of current orders.
